A well-established healthcare organization in the Pittsburgh area is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join its finance team. This role will oversee key accounting functions, support financial reporting, and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial operations within a multi-entity environment.

• Oversee cash management activities and daily general ledger functions

• Manage fixed assets and support month-end and year-end close processes

• Perform financial statement analysis and assist with financial reporting

• Prepare ad hoc reports and provide financial insights to leadership

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while improving processes and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience, including AP and GL

• Strong cash management experience

• Experience working in a multi-entity organization

• Prior supervisory experience required

• Healthcare industry experience preferred

• Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred

• Advanced Excel skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• MBA or CPA is a plus

• In-office, Monday–Friday

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
