ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY21 Plus is seeking a Director of Finance to serve as a key member of the Administrative leadership team. This role ensures the financial health, integrity, and sustainability of the organization by overseeing all financial operations, guiding strategic financial planning, and maintaining compliance with Medicaid, DDD, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
The Director of Finance partners closely with the Executive Director, Board Finance Committee, and program leadership to support informed decision‑making, strengthen internal controls, and steward resources in alignment with the mission.
