We’re hiring a Spa Manager to help us run our operation in Allen. At Hand and Stone, opportunity knocks.
We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Spa Manager to direct and organize the overall operation of the spa to maximize profits through exemplary customer service and customer satisfaction.
As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding the staff to operate with peak efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have a great personality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Be a self-proclaimed “genius” in sales and marketing
- Be a dynamic leader who can manage a diverse staff
- Have great communication skills and connect well with staff and stakeholders
- Be an excellent organizer
- Be an empathic individual who can put yourself in someone else’s shoes
- Have spa experience (a plus, but not required)
Responsibilities include:
- Overcoming objections during the sales process and increasing the membership base
- Creating marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profits
- Performing data analysis to drive business decisions and success
- Using sound judgment and working independently with minimal supervision
- Planning and directing to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Tracking staff schedules efficiently to optimize capacity, revenue, and profits
- Maintaining the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises
- Managing inventory effectively
- Ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction and addressing customer dissatisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Hiring, training, supervising, developing, and mentoring team members according to Hand & Stone policies and procedures
- Motivating and empowering the team to achieve high standards
