Assistant General Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager at Love & Honey Fried Chicken, located in Bryn Mawr, PA. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff scheduling, monitor customer service quality, and ensure smooth restaurant functioning. The role involves training team members, maintaining food safety standards, managing inventory, and assisting with financial oversight and reporting.

Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager by helping to achieve operational goals and ensuring a positive work environment.

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff effectively.
• Experience in customer service and hospitality to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Operational and organizational skills, including scheduling, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and improve operations efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings, to meet operational needs.
