Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Join a project team dedicated to transforming work spaces and advancing operational efficiency, all while working on a contract basis for approximately one year.

• Proven experience managing construction or renovation projects, preferably in office settings
• Background in industrial engineering or similar fields with project management expertise
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Gantt charts, CPM, and PERT
• Familiarity with construction blueprints, office move plans, and contractor coordination
• Skilled in using project management software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and Minitab
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and identify process bottlenecks
• Excellent communication skills to liaise across departments and external contractors
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting schedules and resources as needed

• Collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager to oversee upcoming office renovation projects
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Gantt charts and critical path methods
• Coordinate with contractors, tracking progress to ensure timelines and budgets are maintained
• Assist in planning office relocations during renovations with detailed logistical execution
• Lead departmental and cross-function initiatives, tracking milestones and deliverables
• Apply engineering principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve project quality
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align goals and update project status
• Identify potential risks, manage scope changes, and implement corrective measures proactively
