Join Devereux as a Program Supervisor for our on‑campus program in Berwyn, PA.

As a Program Supervisor you will supervise direct support professionals and direct the daily operations of assigned residential facilities to assure quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of residents in accordance with Devereux philosophy of care, established center procedures, standards of conduct, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited human services program.
• Three (3) years of human service experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.

Ideal candidate will be empathetic, a team player, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be energetic and creative, understand behavior management and positive reinforcement theories, and represent themselves as a positive role model. Must complete eight days of new‑hire orientation and possess a valid license.

Physical requirements include significant walking, sitting, standing, some lifting and managing resistance up to 75–100 lbs, repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision, occasional computer use, occasional driving of Devereux vehicles, and mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
