- : [Front Desk Agent / Concierge] As a Ticket Checker Team Lead at Vail Resorts, you'll:
Supervise the daily operations and safety of the scanning department;
Be a point of escalation to support scanning equipment issues, ticket/pass problems, and ticket/pass misuse;
Monitor the daily job performance of the team, as well as provide and document coaching and discipline;
Monitor staffing levels, and make adjustments as needed;
Report on staff safety incidents to the manager immediately;
Plan and assist with orientations, training, and payroll.
