We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Task Force Sheraton General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our Sheraton property in Frazier, PA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, specifically within the Sheraton brand, and possess strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction during transitional or task force assignments.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Sheraton hotel to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the hotel team to achieve operational goals and maintain brand standards.
• Implement Sheraton brand initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Coordinate with corporate and regional teams to support task force objectives and transitional projects.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local community stakeholders.
• Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are met.

• Proven experience as a General Manager within the Sheraton brand or similar upscale hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, task force environment.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and guest service standards.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs and project requirements.
• Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
