QA Manager
Location: South Whitley, IN
Pay: $75K to $85K Salary + Quarterly Bonuses | Anticipated Annual Earnings: $100K+

Our client, a well-established commercial construction company, is seeking a QA Manager to oversee all aspects of safety, quality, and warranty programs for the plant and field operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this individual will lead efforts to uphold the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and customer satisfaction while fostering collaboration across teams.
This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who takes pride in building strong processes, mentoring teams, and ensuring every product meets rigorous quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:Quality Oversight
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve product standards and compliance processes.
- Evaluate processes and materials for consistency and performance.
- Oversee state insignia processes, ensuring compliance and timely application.
- Interpret and apply factory versus field standards, including materials and installation practices.
- Enforce warranty standards and oversee all service requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, site personnel, and subcontractors to resolve warranty concerns promptly.
- Provide timely feedback to production teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Use warranty interactions as opportunities to enhance service and strengthen client relationships.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability across the organization.
- Oversee OSHA, EPA, and workers’ compensation compliance and reporting.
- Develop and implement safety training programs.
- Support team‑building initiatives and cross‑department collaboration.
- Step into other departmental responsibilities when necessary to ensure operational continuity.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge of building codes and compliance standards.
- 3+ years commercial construction experience (foremen, superintendents, PMs encouraged to apply)
