Facilities Maintenance Worker

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Worker

Location: Bernville, PA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Multiple openings
1st Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

2nd Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm

3rd Monday - Friday 11pm - 7am

Weekend Saturday
-Tuesday 7am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Maintain interior and exterior of building, grounds, and structure to ensure everything is operable and in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide emergency and unscheduled minor repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors during scheduled maintenance or repairs to ensure quality service and timely response.
• Perform routine inspections of the warehouse and keep work areas stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist with internal employee workstation or office moves and support ongoing building projects.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in facility and grounds maintenance, including minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and measures in maintenance tasks.
• Skilled in performing forklift preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
