LOCATION: Unami Middle School (Location subject to change)

AVAILABLE: 2025/2026 School Year

COMPENSATION: $21.80 per hour

HOURS: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

Building Utility Person's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform custodial work such as collecting trash, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
• Perform building maintenance such as light carpentry, painting, electrical, ventilation and equipment repairs.
• Perform ground maintenance including mowing grass, weeding, trimming, raking and preparing/lining athletic fields.
• Building security and related tasks.
• Ability to cover for the building in the absence of the Head Custodian
• All other duties as assigned.

A working knowledge and understanding of commercial building maintenance and custodial duties as listed above. Ability to work well with others and function as a team player.
