Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm or 10:00pm - 6:30am

Pay:
Starting at $18.00 per hour

• Performs general Grounds keeping work necessary to maintain facility grounds which also may include garages, walkways, lots and roads; assists in the maintenance of exterior lighting; and provides routine support duties to higher level staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.
• Cleans and maintains all aspects of the exterior areas.
• Power washes exterior areas as assigned in a variety of areas that include patios and sidewalks; performs snow and ice removal and treatment when needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum two (1) year of experience in grounds keeping, exterior cleaning and/or maintenance experience.>
• Basic knowledge of Grounds keeping and maintenance operations.
• Great customer service skills are a must.
• Be able to perform duties in all weather conditions.
