The Job You Will Perform
  • Perform a variety of activities to maintain plant equipment and facilities in optimum operating condition
  • Scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency/break down reports and maintenance (lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components, observing operations, vibrations & noise levels)
  • Follow all safety rules and practices
  • Reference equipment manuals and other technical literature
  • Contact and work with vendors and sub-contractors
  • Accurately use measurement and testing equipment
  • Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system and other repairs and installations as needed
  • Safely operate the boiler
  • Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Maintain teamwork with other associates
  • Keep supervision informed of problems and other maintenance situations
  • Perform other maintenance duties, as assigned
The Skills You Will Bring
  • Candidates must successfully complete an online Non-Technical General Maintenance Test, an online Technical General Maintenance Test and an Interview
  • Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment Health Assessment, Drug Screen and Background Check prior to starting work
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Well-rounded electrical, mechanical & machine shop skills and experience
  • Ability to learn and follow instructions
