Floor Technician

* The Floor Technician is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the flooring at the university.

* Basic Qualifications:

* -  Must be 18 years of age or older

-  No experience required and on the job training provided

-  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* -  Customer service experience

-  One (1) year of similar work experience

** Responsibilities:*
* -  Coordinate work assignments

-  Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building

-  Manage security of keys and access cards for the property

-  Report work orders for maintenance

-Wax, strip or scrub floors using a scrubber

-  Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly

-  Complete order forms completely and accurately

-  Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
