Performs tradesman level electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R or carpentry duties. Coordinates a variety of repair and maintenance duties with advanced proficiency and a skilled focus on a specific area or need.

Day shift with rotating weekend commitment

5+ years of recent Maintenance experience preferred. Healthcare Maintenance experience a plus.

Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties.

• Valid PA Driver's License.
• Specialty certification or license may be required based on assignment.
