Custodian - 2nd Shift (Full-time w/benefits)

$20.05 p/hr

3:30pm-12:00am

• Collect and discard trash
• Maintain floors via sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning
• Clean and disinfect lavatory areas
• Clean glass surfaces and mirrors
• Participate in group cleaning projects and maintain furniture and fixtures
• Assist with furniture arrangement
• Respond to inclement weather conditions by removing snow and salting
• Perform security checks
• Offer assistance for outdoor sporting events as needed
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers

• Use all types of commercial vacuum cleaners, stripping machines, floor scrubbers, and snow removal equipment such as shovels and snow blowers
• Use any special tools or equipment assigned to perform duties
• Follow standard procedures for diluting chemicals and floor finishes and for using cleaning chemicals
