Warehouse, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

The Macomb Group is a recognized leading distributor in the Midwest for Pipe, Valve, and Fittings. We are looking for a full-time Welder/Fabricator to join our fire fab division at our facility in Harleysville, PA.

• Working with a team of others, produce life safety systems
• Operating semi-automatic welding machine
• Crane and forklift operations
• Mig hand welding repair
• Quality assurance
• Organization of products and materials
• Regular maintenance of welding station upkeep
• Work within a multitask setting while still meeting deadlines
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Cut, groove, thread, and measure pipe
• Willing to train

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Welding experience, mig preferred
• Regularly lift up to 25lbs; occasionally up to 50lbs
• Be able to walk, stand, or lift for the entire shift
• Knowledge of pipe and fittings is a plus
• While industry experience is encouraged, it is not required to be successful in this role
• Willing to train
