The Facilities Associate I will assist with the maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities by performing duties that ensure operational reliability and compliance.

• Notify management when major repairs or additions are needed to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
• Maintain the building by performing general painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, boiler maintenance, and other related maintenance activities.
• Oversee and assist with HVAC, make minor repairs, and conduct environmental monitoring.
• Maintain records on equipment to GLP Standards.

• High School Diploma/GED and 1+ year of construction‑related experience/training.
• 1+ Years facilities maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• English proficiency needed to read industry documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak before groups of employees and customers.
