Elwyn seeks a Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning/Maintenance Supervisor to be responsible for the HVAC equipment of the facilities. The supervisor will manage a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of the systems. Areas of responsibility include troubleshooting, repairing and installing equipment, troubleshooting, fixes, repairs and/or replaces HVAC systems as well as provides routine facility maintenance.

• Maintains the facilities HVAC systems including installation of new equipment
• Maintains and performs preventative maintenance (PM) in accordance with established PM schedules
• Communicates daily with maintenance supervisors and staff (via telephone and email) regarding facilities maintenance issues
• Arranges work orders as they are received and completes in order of priority
• Creates and maintains Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) refrigerant logs
• Maintains stock inventory and orders materials as needed
• Maintains and updates systems information in the computer data base as they are serviced/replaced
• Responds to requests for information by accessing relevant facility files
• Oversee the work activities of the Maintenance Repair Person
• Provides back-up coverage for maintenance supervisors as needed
• Provides on call responsibilities for building maintenance after hours
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Five (5) years' experience as a technician in the HVAC service industry
• One (1) year experience providing supervision preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Knowledge of and proficient in relevant computer systems related to the field
• Experience working in building trades preferred
• Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must possess excellent customer interaction and written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license in state of residence, have a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience within the United States, and have an acceptable driving record
