Maintenance Supervisor

• Management of the site's maintenance team and maintenance related contractors, consisting of mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, facility management.
• Machine Safety:
  Takes responsibility for machine add-ons or modifications with the target of compliance with the machine safety standard (FSS5).
• Preventive Maintenance:
  Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure timely detection of technical issues. Establish equipment inspection and testing requirements to detect signs of failure to prevent unplanned breakdown.
• Breakdown Maintenance:
  Resolve on-site issues, develop solutions, preventative measures, and keep documentation.
• Modifications and Projects:
  Perform modifications based on special requirements, ensuring that components of the relevant equipment/systems meet predetermined quality requirements.

• A degree in electrical engineering or electrical design.
• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience, with at least 3 years of experience in equipment management. Experience with multinational companies is preferred.
• Experience in maintenance and management of textile machinery, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and other equipment is preferred.
• Required Competencies:
