Paralegal

Overview

A growing firm on the Main Line is seeking a Paralegal with immigration experience for a full-time position. This role is onsite in Berwyn, PA. All levels of experience will be considered. Candidates must be bilingual in English/Spanish.

• Process assigned immigration benefit applications (e.g., green cards, work permits).
• Assist attorneys with removal defense cases. This includes preparing applications for relief, gathering evidence, and filing court documents.
• Help prepare and file all types of immigration petitions and applications with supporting documents.
• Organize client information, analyze case details, and identify potential issues for the attorney.
• Develop case strategies with the attorney.
• Manage client files, track deadlines, and oversee the progress of various immigration cases.
• Communicate with clients and government agencies via letters, emails, and phone calls.
• Translate documents and provide interpretation for clients during office meetings.
• Respond to requests for additional evidence from the government.

• Immigration experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work onsite in Berwyn, PA.
• All levels of experience considered.
