In House Counsel - Litigation

I am currently working with a leading global medical company, who are actively looking to hire additional in-house counsel to join their growing Legal group.

Responsibilities

• Report into and support the Global Chief Legal Officer.
• Handle an array of litigation matters, including commercial, product liability, employment, intellectual property matters.
• Manage and assist outside counsel.
• Partner with various functions across the global organization, including HR.
• Stay updated on relevant law, regulations and evolving developments.
• Provide legal advice to management and other attorneys and recommending policy and/or process changes where required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Min of 7 years of Litigation experience - either in-house or in a law firm setting.
• Experience working within the medical / healthcare industries is a plus.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing of at least one state bar.
• Strong academics.
