Une entreprise familiale innovante près de Lyon recherche un(e) Juriste spécialisé(e) en Droit des Affaires. Le candidat idéal devra posséder 5 ans d'expérience en cabinet ou en entreprise, avec une maîtrise des techniques contractuelles. Les missions incluent l'analyse et la rédaction de contrats, le support juridique aux équipes et la gestion des litiges. Un bon niveau d'anglais est requis. Le poste est en CDI à 39h avec possibilité de télétravail.
