Spannende Aufgaben warten
- Instruktion von Beschwerdeverfahren (inkl. Leitung von Verhandlungen) und Verfassen von Entwürfen für regierungsrätliche Beschwerdeentscheide
- Vorbereiten resp. Erarbeiten von Stellungnahmen und Gutachten, insbesondere zu staats- und verwaltungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Erstellen von Mitberichten zu Erlassentwürfen
- Bei entsprechender Eignung Mitarbeit in Projekten, insbesondere im Bereich der Gesetzgebung
- Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (lic. iur oder MLaw)
- Anwaltspatent oder Promotion
- Praxis in Advokatur, Justiz oder Verwaltung
- Erfahrung in Projektarbeit von Vorteil
Der Rechtsdienst ist die ständige Beratungsstelle des Regierungsrats in Rechtsfragen
