Litigation Associate

Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, an environmental and energy law firm with a regional and national client base and reputation, is looking to hire a litigation attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania office. For many years, our firm has had success hiring well-trained litigators—with or without specific environmental experience—and training them to become excellent environmental litigators and environmental lawyers.

The ideal candidate will have complex litigation experience and strong analytical, writing and communication skills. We are looking for a candidate that is a proficient litigator with an entrepreneurial drive, and while environmental or worker safety experience is a plus, it is not required.

• 3 or more years of litigation experience, including having meaningful involvement in the preparation and/or taking of depositions, preparing and/or answering pleadings and discovery, preparing and/or responding to motions and briefs, managing experts, and related work. Ideal candidate is a critical thinker with an entrepreneurial drive.
• Strong writing, research and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to analyze complex issues in a detailed and organized manner
• Ability to interact well with clients, professional staff and peers
• Experience litigating environmental matters or worker health and safety matters is a plus
• Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Bar admission (additional bar admissions a plus)
