Test Support Technician - 2nd Shift

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Test Support Technician.

• Providing advanced technical support for one or more project teams concurrently.
• Applying a broad set of analytical and technical tools within a specific technical discipline, such as Mechanical, Quality Assurance, or V&V.
• Performing troubleshooting to resolve advanced technical problems, including the application of Instron testing.
• Handling multiple concurrent projects, managing priorities, and developing creative solutions to challenging problems while ensuring protocol compliance.
• Mentoring, training, or coaching other designers and technicians.
• Collaborating with a broad group of cross-functional staff, including engineers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Supporting the full testing lifecycle from initial concept through V&V and beyond.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Analytical skills required to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems within a single technical discipline.
• Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and plan daily activities according to task priority.
• Experience developing creative solutions to technical challenges while maintaining compliance with rigorous protocols.

• Associate's Degree or a 2-year trade/military school degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of designing or drafting experience.
• Strong emphasis on Risk Reduction testing (RRT) and Verification and Validation (V&V) testing.
• Technical skills and knowledge in a second technical discipline to enhance cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with Instron testing equipment.

$36.69 - $52.41 /hr.
