As a Claims Adjuster, you will manage the full life cycle of claims within a third-party administrator environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of commercial auto claims, including property damage and bodily injury, from inception through resolution
• Communicating daily with insureds, claimants, attorneys, repair facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and fair claim outcomes
• Investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims within assigned authority levels
• Maintaining accurate, timely claim documentation and reports
• Working directly with company partners to refine and improve claims handling processes as the business continues to grow

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced adjuster who is comfortable taking ownership of their work and operating in a fast-moving environment:

• 1–2 years of insurance claims handling experience required (2+ years preferred)
• Property damage and/or bodily injury claims experience strongly preferred; commercial auto experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally
• Ability to work independently while managing deadlines and caseload priorities
• Adjuster’s license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensure after hire
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• This is an in-office role in our Berwyn, PA location, designed to support hands-on collaboration, faster decision-making, and provide direct access to leadership
