Overview Univest Insurance Inc. is a full-service insurance agency with offices in Coopersburg, Intercourse and Lansdale, PA as well as North Beach, MD. We offer protection for autos, homes, rentals, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, businesses, etc. We are looking for a Commercial Lines Assistant to join our growing team of insurance professionals. This position will be fully in-person in our Intercourse, PA office.

Utilize agency management system and carrier websites to process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Issue auto , certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms as requested. Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Operate scanner for paperless file storage. Follow established agency policies and standard operating procedures. Assist account managers and producers with day-to-day service of commercial customers. Perform administrative support functions as directed.

Maintain and nurture good customer and company relations with both internal and external customers. Responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct. Perform additional duties as required.

Current PA State Property and Casualty insurance producer license. Professional appearance, strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive and professional attitude.
