Personal Lines Customer Service Representative - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 60k/year - Manheim, PA
About the RoleOur client, a respected independent insurance agency in the Lancaster, PA area, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. In this role you will provide daily service to a book of personal lines clients and support the Producer in managing the renewal process.
Responsibilities- Provide daily phone, email, and in-person customer service to assigned personal lines clients.
- Assist walk‑in customers, update policies, and guide them through the claims process.
- Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, and .
- Document all interactions via the agency management system.
- Offer additional policy information at opportunities for cross‑selling.
- 2+ years of experience servicing Personal Line policies (auto, home, car, umbrella, boat).
- Property & Casualty licensed.
- Knowledge of AMS
360 or similar agency management system. - Experience with Erie Insurance or multi‑carrier environments.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Base salary up to $60,000 per year plus potential bonuses.
