Location: Oaks

The HRIS Product Support Engineer serves as the master of the Workday backlog, independently gathering requirements, prioritizing projects, and working with Product Owners to optimize feature delivery to internal customers to improve system performance and end‑user efficiency.

You will participate in discovery, customer and market research, development activities, technology and intellectual property management, product strategy, planning and decision making, product management organization and team relationships, co‑development and alliances, process execution, and metrics (both financial and other).

The technical environment includes Workday, Dayforce, Docebo, Service Now, API data movements (between platform and SEI clients) and FTP (file movement).

What will you do

This role will provide governance of data between HCM (Workday), allocations (Apptio), Oracle ERP Procurement and payroll/benefits (Dayforce) systems. In addition, it will create, run and continuously automate the support model for payroll, business management and internal risk, workforce development and benefits activities. The role will drive system improvements across all corporate systems and lead projects with key vendors.

This individual serves as a point of contact for business management technologies, and assists subject‑matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, data analytics and analyzing data flows for process improvement.

  • Monitor, support and enhance integrations from Dayforce, Apptio, Oracle ERP Procurement and Workday, leading work across internal teams and multiple vendors; lead HRIS payroll projects and deliver lasting solutions to payroll issues.
  • Work with business management and corporate leadership to enhance and develop all reporting needs.
  • Lead all corporate platform audits and build a monitoring schedule in compliance with SOX governance.
  • Monitor and work daily with vendors to ensure they meet all project deliverables, SLAs and do not negatively impact services during product releases.
  • Identify, remediate and deliver lasting solutions to Apptio and Oracle ERP Procurement issues, optimizing configurations and workflows.
  • Build relationships and knowledge across technology teams, and help drive business cases for strategic investments to improve services or reduce costs.
  • Develop and enhance the employee support model covering payroll, benefits, workforce and technical issues, scaling support for new products and services.
  • Create a new reporting model and appropriate metrics for the support team, ensuring reporting evolves as services change.
  • Lead systems payroll projects and continuously identify and address payroll issues.
What we need from you
  • Experience with Workday HCM is a plus.
  • Experience supporting Dayforce in global locations is a plus.
  • Experience with software integrations;
    Workday knowledge preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IST, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience creating support models and driving process improvements.
  • Experience with reporting tools and creating dashboards.
  • Ability to configure systems in an administrator role.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage resources across multiple teams and vendor groups.
