Tech Lead - API Management

We are seeking a Tech Lead to join our dynamic Tech team. The ideal candidate is curious on technology and autonomous in a matrix environment. You will manage technically the Scor Integration Platform and will work closely with developers, architects, IT-Ops and almost all Scor Tech community around APIs and Event messaging.

The Teach Lead is dedicated to the Integration Platforms (API Management and Event Messaging) as the technical complexity of the perimeter requires his/her expertise, beyond the Product owner’s competencies.

You will work closely with the SAIL Product Owner and your mission and tasks will be to:

• Participate in the solution’s technical design with the Solution Architect and be responsible for the proper application of IT guidelines issued by relevant Chapters, particularly regarding the solution implementation as well as integration, deployment, testing and practices.
• In collaboration with Cloud Architect, define infrastructure resources and deployment logic along with Dev Ops and Cloud CoE
• Work closely with the Product Owner to help steering the product backlog, particularly regarding prioritization against complexity
• Maintain proper documentation regarding platform usage for producers and consumers
• Implement and maintain the tooling related to the SAIL platform :
  Market place, Devportal, dashboards, KPIs, etc..
• Support L3 with Ops collaboration
• Administrate Platform (including developer portal and contribution to metrics reporting)
• Accompany/provide support for producers and consumers

Required experience & competencies:

• 7+ years of work experience on which 3+ years in a similar role, with a focus on API Management, cloud services and data integration.
• Significative experience in Coding
• Experience of Agile ways of working
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience in working with CICD, Devops, Monitoring & alerting
• Experience with API Management technologies (Kong is a plus)
• Experience with Event Messaging technologies (Azure Service Bus is a plus)
• Experience with file transfer/bulk technologies is a plus (Azure Data factory is a plus)
• Fluent in English (written, spoken)
• Curiosity about technology & coding
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented and force of proposals
• Ability in understanding and managing multi-disciplinary technical resources with the right level of delegation
• Capacity to navigate in a matricial and international environment

• Post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience
