We are seeking a motivated, technically capable Junior Web Developer who will also assist with in-office IT support and internal systems management. This is an entry-to-mid level role with strong growth potential into a Senior Developer position over time.

This is a hands-on, in-person position.

What You’ll Be Doing :
Web Development (Junior Level)

* Assist with basic PHP development tasks

* Work with Laravel / MVC-based applications

* Create and modify simple reports

* Implement and test webhook integrations (lead posting)

* Assist with API integrations

* Debug and resolve lower-complexity issues

* Write basic JavaScript for form and UI updates

* Support internal tools and dashboards

You will
* not* be responsible for server architecture or infrastructure management.

In-Office IT & Systems Support

* Set up employee workstations (computers, monitors, headsets)

* Manage user access in:

* Google Workspace (email, accounts, permissions)

* Internal proprietary system (users, roles, groups, permissions)

* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

* Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees

* Maintain equipment inventory

* Coordinate with senior engineers for higher-level technical issues

Required Technical Skills

* Basic to intermediate PHP

* Familiarity with MySQL

* Basic JavaScript knowledge

* Understanding of APIs (REST concepts)

* Git fundamentals

* Comfortable working in a Linux-based environment (basic usage)

Preferred but not required:

* Laravel experience

* Webhook integration experience

* Basic knowledge of Google Workspace admin

* Experience setting up office workstations
