Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Malvern, PA and provide end-user support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Break-Fix support, changing system boards, hdds, laptop LCDs etc.
• Trouble shooting both hardware and software
• IMAC - receiving equipment, unboxing, and deploying (set up, breakdown)
• Responsible for shipping and tracking equipment to remote users, tracking returns, and documenting everything in the ticket
• Provide support for laptops and a mix of network printers

Certificates/Security Clearances/Other

Required:

• Comptia A+ certification required (can be obtained before the end of 90 days)
• Lenovo warranty certifications a plus

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Service Now ticketing system experience
• Comptia A+ certification required (can be obtained before the end of 90 days)
• Lenovo warranty certifications a plus
• Supporting Windows 11
• MS Office 0365 experience
• Remote access experience
• SCCM Imaging experience
• Asset management experience
• Must be detailed and process oriented
• Must be able to work independently following detailed steps
• Must be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status
• Must be professional, well spoken, good verbal and written communications skills

Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $21.00 - $30.80 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
