Overview
The Technical Support Analyst II is a customer-centric role responsible for providing technical support to the end-user community and associated enterprise applications, network connectivity, desktop infrastructure (both physical and virtual), operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users across enterprise applications, desktop infrastructure, operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Manage support requests across multiple communication channels, including:
- Incoming phone calls
- Tickets submitted through the Service Now ticketing system
- Instant messaging
- Email (Microsoft & Google)
- Record and resolve reported incidents, service requests, and access requests within agreed service levels.
- Investigate and respond to support requests by following documented processes and procedures.
- Work toward restoring or fulfilling IT services for end users in the most efficient manner possible.
- May include after-hours support.
This role supports a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to follow established workflows to deliver high-quality technical assistance.
