This Role Matters

As a Service Desk Agent – Proactive Solutions with German, you provide essential support to Goodyear’s connected fleets after service activation. By acting as the primary point of contact and coordinating with internal and external teams, you ensure high-quality service, efficient issue resolution, and excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the single point of contact for Goodyear Proactive Solutions fleets after telematics installation and activation.

  • Receive, log, prioritize, diagnose, and resolve customer issues/requests (first and second level support).

  • Follow up with customers and resolver groups to ensure transparency and timely resolution.

  • Use remote diagnostic tools and live support systems to identify and resolve technical issues.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all requests, issues, resolutions, and workarounds.

  • Monitor service performance and escalated or follow up on unresolved issues.

  • Ensure services meet established quality standards for reliability, usability, and performance.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years’ experience in customer support, technical support, or related client-facing roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

  • Strong IT skills; experience with databases, ticketing systems, or workflow tools (SAP, EDW, Cloud).

  • Knowledge of ITIL practices (ITIL Foundations preferred) and quality assurance concepts.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
