- Strong technical expertise in Agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Experience with software delivery lifecycle and ALM tools
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage multiple teams
- Educational background in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
- Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM)
- Familiarity with Jira, Planview, and Power BI
- Technical background in Software Engineering
- Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance and the insurance industry
