Remote with travel to Conshohocken, Pennsylvania up to 4x a year max (once a quarter if needed) Needed travel will be covered by client
Contract:
Long Term Contract (year long contract with like extensions 18-24+ months)
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00/hr (based on experience)

EXPERIENCE AND
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of IT work experience
* Must have mergers and acquisitions experience
* Experience leading IT integration efforts for acquired companies, ensuring effective alignment of IT infrastructure, information security, processes, and technology.
* Comfortable engaging with a newly acquired company at all levels to build relationships and drive clear direction from grey space to align with program objectives
* Background in project delivery for infrastructure (network, storage, database, end user hardware, video conferencing technology, m365 migrations, etc.) and/or information security monitoring tools for endpoints, servers and networks recommended
* Experience managing onboarding to enterprise shared services (i.e. Salesforce, Workday, etc.) preferred
* 7+ years of Waterfall experience including full budgetary responsibilities for large ($5M+) programs/projects
* SAFe Agile experience recommended
* Related certification preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Advanced Level Understanding of:
o Agile and waterfall methodologies, values, and procedures
o Large scale, technically complex projects
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
o Relevant business software (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, Clarity, MS Project, Team Foundation Server, Jira)
1. Possesses the ability to balance a willingness to engage with ideas different from their own, encouragement of others to express divergent perspectives, the capability to influence, conflict management, and teamwork.
2. Highly adaptable to changing environment.
3. Situational awareness of when to listen and when to be assertive.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of M&A integration objectives and ensure IT alignment with the broader business strategy.
* Engage with acquired company resources to consistently articulate integration vision and tactical deliverables while building and maintaining working relationships to smooth engagement with Cencora IT.
* Manage IT integration efforts for acquired companies, ensuring effective alignment of IT infrastructure, processes, and technology.
* Manages sub-project dependencies and program constructs.
* Possesses a solid understanding of how agile and waterfall frameworks work to deliver business value and how various practices can and should evolve.
* Can identify the appropriate level of granularity that satisfies visibility and control needs.
* Articulates complex schedules and inter-dependencies in a consumable way for stakeholders.
* Works within multiple methodologies to develop a comprehensive schedule.
* Monitors future work to proactively adjust plan and resource focus and looks for trends to foresee scheduling challenges.
* Identifies, solicits and documents specific project risk/impediments at initiation using various modes and questioning techniques. Proactively identifies, documents, and communicates risks throughout the project lifecycle, including gaining project stakeholder agreement.
* Collects effort estimates and understands available capacity to derive accurate durations.
* Responsible for the planning and facilitation of standard meetings to include; backlog preparation, iteration planning, retrospectives, iteration reviews and daily stand-ups.
* Recommend deviation from the standard process and gain consensus from stakeholders.
* Provides all qualitative and quantitative status updates in the context of the project's critical success criteria and overall goals.
* Identifies, solicits and documents specific project risks and impediments at initiation using various modes and questioning techniques.
* Addresses quality issues directly with the team and communicates proactively with the stakeholders on long-term resolution.
