- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies
- 3-5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- 3-5 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
- 3-5 years of experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
- Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
