The AI-based automated production solution provides the sports market with easy and affordable ways to produce and distribute high-quality game, player videos and performance analysis. The system consists of a unique panoramic camera head and standard computers running proprietary algorithms for Panoramic and HD video and camera control.

Giving an editing platform for multiple types of athletic events we establish the first end-to-end automated video and data solution in the sports industry. The product revolutionizes sports video with an automated online video editing system that enables coaches to simply and easily access game video break downs, saving them time and hassle. Our range of products include game analysis, game exchange, and video replay.

We support all major team sports and caters to every level from youth, high school, college, through professional.

• 4+ years as BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Engineer in production environments;
• Deep SQL expertise - complex queries, optimization, and performance tuning are second nature;
• Data modeling & DWH design: experience with star schemas, dimensional modeling, or similar patterns for scalable analytics;
• Hands‑on experience with Power
  
  BI, Looker, Tableau, or Superset - you build dashboards that tell stories, not just display charts;
• Proven experience translating data science prototypes into production services with clear APIs, SLAs/SLOs, and acceptance criteria in high‑volume, low‑latency contexts (e.g., AdTech);
• Comfortable using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate your work and experiment quickly;
• Independent, considers all aspects (functional + non‑functional), and delivers robust solutions without constant guidance;
• Strong English, excellent influencing and communication skills;

• DBT experience (big advantage) - we are adopting it, and you would accelerate the rollout;
• Python for data engineering, automation, and pipeline orchestration;
• Fin Ops or cost attribution experience - you have built cost‑per‑unit dashboards or unit economics models;
• Data governance patterns - you have introduced contracts, versioning, or schema evolution in fast‑moving environments;
• Observability or operational dashboards - you have built dashboards for Dev Ops/SRE teams (uptime, incidents, SLO tracking);
• Startup or high‑growth environment - you thrive in ambiguity and ship fast without breaking things;

• Build the data platform foundation - design, implement, and maintain production‑grade pipelines that unify data across Product, Finance, and Operations;
• Own data contracts & governance - Define schemas, metrics ownership, and evolution patterns so teams stop breaking each other and conflicting dashboards disappear;
• Enable self‑service analytics - Create dashboards and data models that let stakeholders answer their own questions without waiting for you;
• Translate business into data - Partner with Product Analysts, Finance, and Ops to turn priorities into actionable data models and "golden metrics" (cost‑per‑event, playback success, VAS attachment);
• Leverage AI to accelerate delivery - Use AI tools for SQL generation, pipeline debugging, documentation, and insight discovery-moving faster than traditional BI workflows;
• End‑to‑end ownership - You own the entire lifecycle: design → code → production → quality → maintenance, with clear accountability for reliability and trust;
