At Slaymaker Electric Motor and Supply, we serve agricultural, industrial, commercial, and residential clients with integrity, dedication, and efficiency. • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Help customers select the right motors, drives, pumps, generators, and parts for their applications and specifications.
• Prepare & follow up on quotes, sales orders, and service requests.
• Process orders and returns accurately and track deliveries.
• Coordinate with the service team for scheduling and customer updates.
• Maintain working product knowledge and awareness of availability.
• Provide backup support in shipping & receiving, including forklift operation (training & certification provided).
• Assist customers with loading and unloading electric motors.

• Experienced
  : 1+ years in inside sales, customer service, service desk, or technical support required, preferably in industrial or electrical products; able to explain technical products to both experienced professionals and less technical buyers. Ability to read technical specs or drawings is a plus.
• Communicative

  Clearly explains technical information and builds trust with customers over the phone, email, and in person.

  Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through on quotes, orders, and customer requests.

  Able to lift 50-75 lbs. as needed.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• $50-55K/year, DOE
