Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) is the main management company for Natixis IM in Europe. It encompasses two activities:
- The distribution activities in Europe and in other geographic areas such as APAC, the Middle East, and Latin America for Natixis IM's asset management offering;
- A platform of centers of expertise (support functions) serving the distribution activities and affiliates.
Natixis IMI continues to develop and strengthen its presence in France and internationally, leveraging the expertise of its teams and the multi-affiliate model of Natixis IM.
Job DescriptionYou will join Natixis Investment Managers International (NIMI) as a Data Manager in charge of a key data project, reporting to the CEO of NIMI, you will play a key role in data management within the organization. You will actively participate – as a representative of NIMI in the discussions – to the work around the Product Repository conducted by NIMOS (Data Product Repository Program (DPRP)).
On a daily basis, your missions are to:
- Coordinate the work and contributions of NIMI to the project and in particular:
- Collaborate with all NIMI teams (Distribution, Sales Support, Product, Product Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, ESG, Customer Service, etc.) to identify data needs, the expectations in terms of data quality and integrity, uses, and deliverables given the missions that NIMI assumes, as Man Co and Distributors of open funds in France and internationally;
- Contribute to analyzing, exploiting and architecting the Product Repository data owned by NIMI, with a focus on integration, data quality and governance and define the roles and responsibilities of NIMI as a target in data management and the Product Repository (Target operating Model to be defined within the framework of DPRP);
- Ensure implementation of solutions that meet regulatory requirements and security standards and facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment of data strategies with business objectives and drive innovation in data operations;
- Develop reports and dashboards for tracking NIMI’s contribution to the DPRP and serve as a point of contact for this project, ensuring effective collaboration between the different stakeholders;
Set up and ensure compliance with the Data Governance Group policy at NIMI level:
- Define and drive the data dedicated strategy and deploy data governance;
- Ensure compliance with the roles and responsibilities of the different stakeholders in the data lifecycle, including data owners within NIMI;
- Define the supervision framework for NIM-os' data services on behalf of NIMI and ensure its proper application;
- Set up controls and measurement tools, manage prevention and remediation actions, value the benefits derived from data quality improvement;
- Ensuring regulatory compliance of data processing and use, including GDPR and promoting data culture within NIMI.

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in data project management.
You master:
- The concepts of data management and associated technological tools
- Regulatory issues in asset management
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:

- Recognized for your organizational ability, flexibility and synthesis spirit
- Capable of federating teams in a collaborative inter-team environment
You master English with a C1 level.
