Principal Cloud Services Operations Manager (IC4)to join our team. In this high-impact role, you’ll act as a trusted IT leader and strategist, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

Core Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with a broad portfolio of Oracle products, including cloud-based solutions such as OCI and SaaS, with a background in implementation projects or production operations.
  • Strong customer engagement skills, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results in an IT services environment.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, including OCI and SaaS, and an understanding of their impact on business transformation.
  • Exceptional English communication skills
    , both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

  • ITIL certification or equivalent training.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven analytics tools and automation techniques for operational optimization.

Cloud Services Operations Manager
, you’ll oversee critical cloud operations, leveraging OCI, AI, and automation to enhance service delivery, drive innovation, and meet customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Service Delivery

  • Conduct regular reviews to evaluate service quality, performance, and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Optimize technical operations, focusing on performance, capacity planning, and configuration within OCI environments.
  • Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to Service Level Standards (SLS), addressing risks proactively.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Service delivery teams to:
    • Implement changes seamlessly, leveraging AI-powered tools for risk mitigation and operational insights.
    • Minimize testing cycles and downtime through proactive change management and automation.
    • Drive operational efficiency and ensure effective use of resources.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage customer change management processes to maintain alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Lead remedial actions based on SLA reviews and technical assessments.
  • Provide escalation support during critical incidents, ensuring swift, effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to global reporting efforts by delivering actionable insights through data-driven analytics.

Project and Transition Support
