• Design, develop, and manage software modules that support various business processes
• Conduct research and create documentation on new functionalities, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
• Provide user support through troubleshooting, process enhancements, and training
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain system integrity
• Act as a subject-matter expert, advising management and leading projects from conception to completion

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP
• Expert knowledge in system requirements definition processes and modeling methods
• Proficiency in resolving technical issues
• Ability to mentor and coach lower-level employees on the team
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Experience with managing complex software projects
• Strong organizational awareness in systems, business, and data processes
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with senior management
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or equipment solutions environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address complex challenges
