Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple verticals and channels. You will optimize the marketing funnel, leverage cutting-edge digital tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, excels in analytics, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative growth marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, technologies, and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Manage marketing automation workflows and nurture programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Improve the customer journey from initial awareness through engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

- Comfort with technology and digital marketing tools, including:
- Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
- Constant Contact, Salesforce, Hub Spot
- Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Asana
- Experience managing vendor relationships and internal/client communications.
- Proven ability to analyze data, measure campaign performance, and optimize results.
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated
- Conversion rates across the funnel
- Campaign ROI and effectiveness
- Website traffic and engagement metrics
- Email open and click-through rates
- Funnel speed and customer retention rates
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment.
