Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Development Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Partner Portal, Data Cloud, Einstein, and Agentforce, with a proven ability to lead development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Lead Salesforce development projects, ensuring best practices in coding, configuration, and integration.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee the implementation and customization of Partner Portal to enhance partner collaboration and engagement.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data and actionable insights.
• Apply Einstein AI capabilities for predictive analytics, personalization, and automation across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Integrate and optimize Agentforce to empower service agents with AI-driven productivity tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, data governance, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, architecture, QA, Dev Ops) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, assessing opportunities for adoption.

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience implementing Partner Portal, Data Cloud, Einstein, and Agentforce.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Dev Ops tools for Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Data Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, or Mule Soft integration.
• Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
• Exposure to GenAI applications within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to drive innovation and adoption of emerging Salesforce AI capabilities.
