Job Overview
1 C1 level offshore QE manager, leading a 51‑person QA transformation for a 3‑year duration. Transformation manager responsible for all transformation initiatives and deliverables.
Billing Rate: fixed price for MTS (rate built upon $32/hr).
Desired start date: ASAP (KT for 2 month time and billing targeted to start June
1). Duration: 3 years. SOW Status:
In progress.
Must haves: insurance domain experience; transition/transformation experience with a program of this size and scale; QE program strategy creation and execution experience.
ResponsibilitiesDefine and review service delivery methods against objectives and provide strategic guidance to ensure the service is set‑up and delivered successfully.
Articulate and communicate the vision and benefits of the transformation to all stakeholders.
Be the change advocate.
Engage with key stakeholders to drive portfolio/hub specific transformation initiatives.
Oversee the Service Provider delivery by working with the product QE teams.
Collaborate with CMFG Life Quality Engineering leadership teams and program POCs in addressing delivery impediments, resourcing needs and strategic QE initiatives.
Drive Quarterly Business Reviews with CMFG Life leadership team.
Other Requirements9 hour requirement (1am - 10am CST overlap).
