Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Ledger (GL), Intercompany transactions, Cash Management, Accounts Payable (AP), payments processing, and customer and vendor master data management. This role requires in-depth knowledge of configuration, functional testing, and writing functional specifications for the technical team.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle ERP modules.
- Configure and maintain Oracle ERP modules related to GL, Intercompany, Cash Management, AP, payments processing, and master data management.
- Conduct functional testing to ensure system integrity and compliance with business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide clear and concise functional specifications.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain documentation related to processes, configurations, and functional specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules: GL, Intercompany, Cash Management, AP, and payments processing.
- Experience in managing customer and vendor master data.
- Proven ability to write functional specifications and perform functional testing.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Security roles is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certification in Oracle ERP or similar business applications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
