We are looking for an experienced BTP Architect Senior Manager to lead our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP BTP, a proven track record in architecture and solution designayar and the ability to guide a team in developing scalable and innovativeска cloud-based solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation by integrating cutting‑edge technologies into our client’s SAP landscape.

• Architecture and Strategy ৰাজ্য Development: Lead the design and architecture of SAP BTP solutions, aligning with ry business goals and digital transformation strategies.
• Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of BTP services like SAP HANA, SAP Integration Suite, SAP AI, SAP IoT, and other cloud services, ensuring seamless integration with existing SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of developers, consultants, and engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and training to drive best practices in BTP development.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Innovation and Optimization: Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP features and capabilities, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in solution delivery.
• Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all SAP BTP projects.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize application and system performance within the BTP landscape, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Integration Expertise: Design and oversee integration strategies using SAP BTP services, including API management, event‑driven architecture, and data connectivity tools.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to compliance and security standards in all BTP‑related projects.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on BTP‑related projects, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to help achieve their business objectives.

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years specifically focused on SAP BTP and cloud‑based solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP BTP components such as SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model), and RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).

  Experience in developing and deploying applications using SAP UI5, Fiori, and integration with third‑party systems using OData and APIs.
• ABAP
  
  Skills:
  
  Good knowledge of modern ABAP development, including RAP and CDS (Core Data Services), is highly preferred.
• Cloud
  
  Experience:
  
  Expertise in SAP Cloud Platform services, cloud‑native architectures, and knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage cross‑functional teams, driving project delivery and innovation in high‑pressure environments.
• Project Management: Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a focus on delivering projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
• Certifications: SAP BTP certifications or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with AI/ML elegance services on SAP BTP.
• Exposure to SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation and integration scenarios.
• Experience in developing mobile solutions using SAP BTP services.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops and CI/CD practices within the SAP ecosystem.
Familiarity with SAP Business Suite, SAP ERP, or other SAP applications.
