IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst
Position Summary
This role will be located at the Bulach, Switzerland location which is responsible for the development, production and marketing of balloon catheters and drug-coated stent systems.
The associate application manager will support in ensuring the operation and maintenance of applications used to support production and laboratory processes. This role is also responsible for the support in ensuring that the desired requirements are met by the applications.
- Support in ensuring ongoing application operation; coordinating and monitoring all activities that serve to track the availability, recoverability (continuity), performance, and resource consumption of the applications.
- Informing users or IT support in the event of malfunctions or planned interruptions to the applications for which you are responsible.
- Advising and supporting users in the areas of application and process management
- Processing (analysis, workaround, correction) of malfunctions/errors triggered by system users or messages
- Supporting the creation of customer-specific evaluations/statistics with key figures on business transactions
- Supporting the planning of releases for applications
- Communicating and coordinating with specialist departments
- Collaborating (specification, testing, rollout) on new releases
- Ensuring coordination between support centers and application developers
- Preparing or collaborating on the creation of change requests for application developers
- Creating, updating, maintaining, and managing the documentation required for application operation (operating manual, user manual, instructions, etc.)
- Supporting the coordination of further application development (recording technical requirements, creating solution concepts, developing offers/release agreements)
Business informatics; graduate computer scientist; alternatively: higher business administration or technical training, chemist or physicist with in-depth IT knowledge
Ideally, you will already have completed further training in project and process management
Maintenance and support of applications and information systems
Project management; process management; requirements engineering (initial experience)
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements- Ideally, experience with computer system validation
- Ideally, experience in the medical technology field
