Social Media Manager

This role focuses on managing and elevating the social media presence of a B2B brand within Portugal’s plumbing and industrial sectors. The primary objective is to increase brand awareness, reinforce technical expertise, and engage a professional audience of installers, distributors, and technical professionals. The position is remote and offers the opportunity for ongoing collaboration, starting with an initial project and potential for future assignments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing and a proven ability to create and execute effective social media strategies tailored to technical and professional audiences.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for the Portuguese B2B market
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across relevant platforms (Linked In, Facebook)
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Engage with the professional community, responding to comments and fostering discussions
• Collaborate with the commercial team to align content with business objectives and campaigns
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform content and strategy

• Demonstrated experience in B2B social media management, preferably within technical or industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of the Portuguese market and professional audience
• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and social media analytics tools
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Availability for remote, ongoing collaboration
